Discovery
The Discovery Phase will begin with a brief phone call to lay the foundation for additional calls or onsite visits. Depending on the consulting required and the complexity involved this phase will vary in length and detail. Because LCS is a result-oriented company, we feel that this step is critical in know setting the stage for both the work that we are asked to do and the type of consultant that would best fit the job.
Proposal/Acceptance
Once we have a clear understanding of the scope of the project, our team will provide an estimate of billable hours, expenses and an estimated time of completion. The project will begin once the customer accepts the offer.
Assignment
Based on the type of work necessary and the timeline requested we will assign one or more consultants with the required skills and experience. Larger projects, or projects with more complexity may require a Senior Consultant at a higher billable rate.
Follow-up
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. After the project is complete, LCS will set up a follow-up call to discuss the project execution and ensure that it was done to your expectations.
